We have completed a number of projects for Idea Constructions and a familiar with their requirements of high end painting finishes at affordable prices. As always we believe preparation is key to meet those requirements. To prepare surfaces for painting we needed to fill all uneven areas and gaps using fillers and no-more gap products. Secondly we thoroughly sanded these areas to prevent bumpy painting application. As shown in the video we also covered all windows, kitchen elements and floor areas to prevent overspray and other paint marks.

Zoom Painters Templestowe sprayed an undercoat using a Airless Spray Gun for efficient and thorough application. Our Templestowe Painters applied one or two additional coats as requested in the purchase order we received from Idea Construction.

As shown in the video we also used an Airless Spray Gun to apply an even coat of high gloss paint on all skirting, architraves and internal doors. Our painters used even spray painting motions to provide smooth painting coverage and mirror finish results. Paint rollers and brushes are more suitable for applying paint on ceilings and walls. Unlike high gloss enamel paint - which is a oil based paint typically used on timber, water based paint used for ceilings and walls does not set evenly if applied with an Airless Spray gun.
